3.5 Capability

¾ Comply with the requirements and rules of SOLAS MSC.218(82), MSC.272(85), and amendment 1996, MSC.81(70),MSC.226(82), MSC.274(85).

¾ Hook device is the off-load release. And across approval by Classification Society. The hook has the insurance device. It must lock the insurance after the hook reposition. And at the same time the hook can be came away.
