Silent type diesel generator which power capacity is from 10kva to 600kva. The following is the detailed features for our soundproof enclosure.
· Compact, sleek, sound proof and weather proof enclosure..
· Custom/ tailor made design, engineered by a team of experts using modern CAD/CAM techniques..
· The enclosure is modular construction with the provision to assemble and dismantle easily..
· The sheet metal components are PURO Polyester based powder coated for long life.
· Doors are gasketed with high quality EPDN gaskets to avoid leakage of sound.
· Sound proofing of enclosure is done with high quality rock wool confirming to IS 8183 to suitable thickness and density..
· The rock wool is further covered with fiberglass sheet and perforated sheet.
· Specially designed sound attenuators are provided to control sound at air entry & exit points inside the Enclosure.
· The enclosure is designed and layout of the equipment is such that there is easy access to serviceable parts.
· Adequate ventilation is provided to meet air requirement for combustion & heat removal. For specific engine, if required, a blower is used to meet total air requirement & air changes.
· Control panel & fuel tank should be suitably placed inside the enclosure.
· Noise level is 75dB (A) at distance of 1 meter.
