I Brief Introduction

    The commonly used method to judge whether the vacuum degree of vacuum tube used by the vacuum breaker user is 

deteriorated or not is the power frequency voltage resistant method,GDKZ-IV Vacuum Switch Vacuity Tester can only judge the arc extinguish chamber that the vacuum degree is seriously deteriorated. When the vacuum degree is 

deteriorated to 10-2--10-1Pa, although the breakdown voltage doesn`t reduce, the arc extinguish chamber is unqualified. The GDKZ-IV vacuity tester adopts the magnetic control discharge of new type exciting winding to test the vacuum degree of 

arc extinguish chamber , and it is not necessarily to dismantle the arc extinguish chamber. At the same time it adopts 

computer to conduct the synchronous control and data collecting processing, it enables the site test sensitivity of vacuum degree in 

arc extinguish chamber reach 10-4-10-1Pa. The most conspicuous characteristics is that it adopts the new type exciting winding and data processing method, and 

realizes the un-dismantling measuring of vacuum degree. The device has the characteristics of convenient usage, simple operation, 

undismantling measuring and high precision; it is a practical test device and is widely used in the departments that use vacuum switch such as electric power, iron and steel, petrochemical, textile, coal and railway.
