 When in operation, the turbine oil used for cooling, lubrication and speed regulation of various turbine or hydro-turbine setsare easily prone to pollution, more water and impurity content, and emulfication, which seriouly affect the operational safety and useful life. The traditional treatment method can not solve the problem, and is easy to cause waste and environmental pollution. After years of study, Yuneng has developed the fifth-generation vacuum filter specially intended for turbine oil. By adopting such methods as dry air addition, vacuum swirl separation, and graded deep filtering, the filter can quickly split the emulsion of the turbine oil, dehydrate and degas the oil and get rid of impurities, thus to completely make the turbine oil clear and raise th grade of set maintenance. Its efficiency is several times that of old-style filtering equipment. The filter can also effectively remove oil sludge and glue and improve oil`s color when combined with BJ series.
