The YKA4232A CNC Gear Shaving Machine is a
high-efficiency finishing machine. Designed for shaving external spur and
helical gears with plain crowning, slightly tapered teeth and duster gears. It
is suitable for auto, tractor, motorcycle and machine tool factories in
large-scale production.
An imported CNC control
system carries out radial feed and increases positioning accuracy and
repeatability. It features convenient operation and programming. OSD in Chinese
and English.
This machine adopts plunge
shaving or general shaving method. It has functions of rough or finish gear
shaving, feed, and the worktable can stop at certain positions automatically,
etc.
--Fundamental parts (such as
column, bed, worktable, etc.) are all have extreme rigidity. Ample guide ways
are covered with Teflon, resulting in a higher anti-vibrating capability and
contact rigidity.
--Work slide is locked on the
guide way of the bed.
--A pre-loaded hollow ball
lead screw (82mm) is used
to fulfill radial feed.
--The far end of cutter
spindle is supported by roiling bearings in combination structure. With a
secondary bearing supporting system equipped for cutter spindle, its rigidity
and working accuracy are improved.
--Clearance-free rolling
guides are used on dressing mechanism for crowning and slightly tapered gears,
resulting in higher contact rigidity, stable working quality and shorter
adjusting time.
--To reduce thermal
deformation and for convenient clearing, a coolant oil box of high capacity and
a magnetic chip conveyor and mounted apart from the machine.
--The hydraulic-controlled
left center is added to ease work loading and unloading.

capabilities and features as the model YkA4232Ahas, except for its
specifications.
The YKAT4232 CNC Gear Shaving
Machine has the same capabilities and features as the model YKA4232Ahas. However, mixed plunge is applied
on the machine to increase its working accuracy. Finishing and roughing can
shift automatically according to the pre-selected feed rate and tool speed. It
is especially suited to lead modification. The machine has unique structure of
integrated table and bed.
