Application of TP turbine oil purifier:

To remove moisture, gas and particles in Turbine oil, lubricant oil, hydraulic oil, gear oil, vacuum pump oil, engine oil...etc, and restore property of oil.
 
To purify contaminated turbine oil, gas turbine and hydraulic turbine oil in the power, chemical, papermaking and metallurgic industries, ensuring adjustment to unit and smooth operation of lubricating system. It can also be used to treat low viscosity lubricant oil and cooling oil.

1. The TP series integrate the gravity method, evaporation method, coacervation, vacuum separation and mechanical purification, utilizing coacervation, molecular absorption, vacuum drying and automatic demulsifying technologies which are capable of separating large and minimal amount of water from oil. Its high water removal and demulsifying efficiency makes turbid oil to be clear and limpid.
2. The precision multi-stage filter element can remove effectively various impurities, as it is a stage-to-stage densified filter element which could accommodate large amount of impurities and has a longer lifetime.
3. The advanced infrared level automatic control system, voice & light automatic alarm system and the pressure protection device ensure a safe and reliable operation.
4. Turbine oil and low viscosity lubricant oil can be treated online.
