Testing items
Tap density measured by Fixed weight method: First, weigh a certain amount of (usually 100 grams) powder and packed all of them into the measuring cylinder, and then fix the measuring cylinder filled with powder on the instrument and vibrate it. After vibration is complete, measure its volume by visual inspection according to the height of powder surface, and then tap density can be calculated.
Tap density measured by Fixed volume method (optional): First, fill more amount of powder in a container of 100 ml (the container with extension tube), then fixed it on the instrument and vibrate it. After vibration is complete, remove the extension tube. Level off the mouth of 100ml container with a scraper, and then weigh the powder weight, thus the tap density is calculated.
