XGW400 tunnel digging arm loader is a kind of full hydraulic underground heavy machinery. It is composed of digging device, travel device, slewing device, and conveying device. Equipped with dual-power system, it uses diesel power during underground travel and working and uses electric driven full hydraulic system during working outside the tunnel.
With multiple functions like full Hydraulic control, soft start system, automatic alarm and stop, the product features low trouble rate, stable performance, and simple operation. It adopts liner plate made of high strength steel, which reduces the friction factor and greatly improves the wear resistance, as the friction between rocks and the steel plate has been changed to the friction between the liner plate and the steel plate. The broken rock scraps are conveyed out through the duplex chain conveyor belt inside the groove structure, and dumped from the rear of the belt, featuring high scrap loading capacity.
The crawler adopts 550mm triple grouser track, which ensures good adhesiveness and stability. And the movement of each crawler adopts independent hydrostatic drive, featuring good travel performance.
