MWT 90 - Vehicle Mounted Mobile Type of Steam-Based Medical Waste Treatment Equipment

Gient Vehicle Mounted Mobile Type of Steam-based Medical Waste Treatment Equipment's operating principle is to place medical waste into autoclave with dedicated bins, pre-vacuum controlled by PLC, and then steam sterilized to completely disinfect the medical waste.

All the functional devices integrated in the frame (base) on the vehicle, including medical waste conveying system, steam supply system, power supply and control, medical waste steam treatment system, lifting and turning crushing discharging system and an open wing compartment and automobile outrigger system.
Power supply and control system consists of a generator, self-supply tank, integrated control cabinet (including power distribution and electric / generator conversion interface).

In crushing discharging system, conveying device after crushing is used to put non-infectious crushed medical waste to garbage box of municipal refuse recycling system.
Open wing compartment and automobile leg system is beneficial for filed in rainy or sunny days.
