Autoclaving Medical Waste
*Application: Applied to centralized disposal center of medical waste treatment in medium and large city.
1. Operating Principle
Medical waste are put into autoclave vessel under saturated steam with temperature 134° C(273° F) and pressure 0.22Mpa(32psi) in 45 min to get fully sterilized; Then the sterilized waste sent to shredder to crush into short pieces. The final treated medical with volume reduction of 80% and weight reduction of 20% can achieve the microbial inactivation LOGO6 (99.99%) and finally become ordinary city refuse for safe landfill.
2. Complete equipment system consists of autoclave system, steam boiler system, loading & delivery system, shredder & lifting device, clean and disinfection system etc.
