Double Stages Vacuum Insulating Oil Purifier (ZYD)

ZYD insulating oil purifier / Insulation oil purification system mainly purify unqualified transformer oil, after purification, the transformer oil can achieve optimal dielectric strength and insulating performance inside of transformers. The insulating oil purifier adopts double stages vacuum separating vessels for keeping oil absolutely clean and dry. Comparing single stage vacuum oil purifier, besides vacuum pump, ZYD machine installs roots pump vacuum system which speed up evacuation much faster.

Features:
1. Two vacuum separating vessels, breakdown voltage up to 75KV.
2. Achieve overall water content as low as 3 PPM in multi-pass by removing free, emulsified, and dissolved water.
3. Achieve soluble air and gas content less than 0.05% in single pass.
4. Double stages vacuum pump and blower capable of pulling vacuum down to 0.05 torr.
5. Plugged filter indicator lights with automatic system shut down.
