MGY-100BL Hydraulic anchor drilling rig is new generation of hight-efficient hydraulic anchor drilling rig developed based on our MGY-100A and MGY-100B anchor drilling rig which are split-type of anchor drilling rig, can be widely used in the field of municipal construction deep excavation, bolt and cable construction, pipe roof construction, jet grouting hole and so on.
Features:
1. High construction efficiency. As the rig uses a hydraulic chuck with large inner hole, a fixture 6m drill rod in one time, to reduce the numbers of adding and screw-off drill rod and improve the effective working time.
2. As a result of crawler chassis drive, and the rig mast down or up of position adjustment of 400mm. Hole position adjustment time is greatly reduced.
3. The rig has a holder, shackle device. Through cooperation with the operation of the power head chuck, to reduce the operator's labor intensity.
4. The rig adapt to a wide processes. As the rig has a hydraulic chuck with inner hole diameter of Φ 110 mm. No need to make any alteration of top-drive head, you can adapt a single tube, double tube, three tube to make jet-grouting, reverse circulation drilling and Φ 108 pipe-roof construction.
