1. The filtration system
This system used the stainless steel filter. The stainless filter can use a long time.
2. The distillation system
This system is used to eliminate impurity which can't be purified from by the first filtration system, trough this step, the impurities like the asphaltene, wax and some mineral impurities can be removed from the oil. And the distillation jar takes best no. 304 stainless steel as mateara. It can resist the acid, alkali in the oil. To make sure the machine have long span, it must takes the stainless steel materal to make the distillation jar. It is must.
3. The cooling system
Through this system, we can get the cool oil, then oil can be to the next system, in this system, our cutomer needs to prepare the water tank. We can also prepare to you too.
4. The discoloring and deacidification system
This system is used to eliminate the acid and the black color from the oil, after being processed, the oil can be light yellow, and almost to be the international new oil standard.
5. Waste gas dispsoing system
We have designed a specal deviece to process the waste gas, after being processed, the gas arrives to the international standard to exhauste the gas to the atmosphere directly, it has no harm to our envirment.
The size for this hcy waste oil recycling machine depends the oil amount our customer needs toprocess per day, usally our customers order the machine to process 2-15 tons waste oil per day. 6. Getting the new oil system
After the long time dispose, we ge the new base oil from the waste oil, if you waste oil is engine oil, after being processed you get the base oil of the engine oil; If your waste oil is waste diesel oil, after being processed, you get the new base oil of the diesel oil. If your oil is waste tyre oil, you get the base oil of the diesel and the gasolin. If you process the waste tyre or plastic, after being proessed, you get the base oil of the diesel oil and the gasoline. All the base oils, if your requirment is not high, you can use them directtly, if you have the high quality for the oil, you can add some additives to the base oil, then you get the new engine oil, new diesel oil and gasolin. You can use the engine oil to the car or as the fuel, and you can also sell the new oil to the market.
The new oil's color is light yellow and the viscosity for the new oil is low, the oil's mobility is good. And it dones't have bad smell. In one word, the new oil's quality can meet your needs and requirements.
