Introduction:
ZLT Cooking Oil Vacuum Oil Purifier is one professional oil purifier which can process the cooking oil, sunflower oil; KFC used oil, palm oil, olive oil, vegetable oil, and some other cooking oil. It is one comprehensive machine.
ZLT Cooking Oil Vacuum Oil Purifier is special for filtering waste cooking oil; It removes impurity, odor, water, acid and alcohol etc. From oil completely and effectively. Treated cooking oil color is limpid, oil is good smell. This filtration plant is suitable for food factory, cooking oil factory, vegetable oil factory, it can help factory reclaim remnants oil. And ZLT is a good filtration part for bio-diesel oil making.
The plant composed by four parts, one is the press filter, the second one other one is the vacuum oil purifier system; The third part is the fine filter, this part can remove the small impurity away. The last part is the discoloring and deacidification system. If the used cooking oils don't contain the acid or don't need to discoloring, the third part can be deleted.
Press filter can remove the big and tiny impurity; The precision of purification can reach to 1 Micro. The Vacuum system equips three grades filter (primary filter, mass water separator, and fine filter). All process works under the vacuum condition.
Machine Advantages:
1. This plant composed by two parts, one is the press filter, and other one is the vacuum oil purifier system. The press filter can remove the big and tiny impurity; The precision of purification can reach to 1 Micro. The Vacuum system equips four grades filter (primary filter, mass water separator, and fine filter, discoloring and deacidification part). All process works under the vacuum condition.
2. For the primary filter, which is made of the stainlessness steel, it is anti-rust and anti-corrupt, it mainly removes the residual impurity which escape from the press filter.
3. The water separator, which equips the special filter, which mainly remove the mass water from the oil, because usually the waste cooking oil always contains much water, so we need remove the mass from oil, not any impurity when it goes into the water separator and vacuum separator. After the water separator, the oil just contains the tiny water and soluble water.
4. After the process of the water separator, the oil will goes into the vacuum separator, which adopts three-dimensional duplex evaporation and film evaporation. For protecting the oil nature, it is better that the oil temperature is lower than 80 C, Because our machine works under the vacuum and low pressure conditions, so it don't need heat the oil to 100 C, usually it just need heat the oil to 45 C, Then it can remove the tiny water, soluble water, acid, alcohol and other volatility liquid completely and effectively.
5. The fine filter, which is equipped with the stainless steel filter, the purification hole is less then 1 Micro, which can make sure the oil is completely clear, no any impurity.
6. For the discoloring part, it depends on customer's needs, our machine can also to discoloring for your waste oil, and it is another part of the machine, for this part is also our company machine's advantage. We have special device to discoloring the oil's color.
