3. Features:
V This set is fast in startup and pumping and simple in operation.
V We select imported backing sliding-vane rotary vacuum pump and Roots blower pump manufactured by LEYBOLD croporation in germany. They are reliable in quality, large in air-pump quantity, high in vacuum degree, low nosie and can continuously operate for 24H (high cost performance)
V This equipment is roots vacuum air-pump sets, roots pump is its main pump, and sliding-vane rotary vacuum pump is its backing pump. Between those two pumps, there is a electromagnetic vacuum gas charging valve which opens and closes with the same change of backing pump. We set vacuum gauge and valve in the gas inlet (including filter) in order to accurately observe the left gas in the pumped container and control the startup of the roots pump.
V We select imported resistance digital-display vacuum gauge, it is accurate in digital display, convenient in reading and carries out the whole sets automatically self-control through cooperating with other components.
V This set contains check valve in case the pumped container is damaged because the oil in the vacuum pump is reversely in taken by the pumped container when shut-down or power failure suddenly
Phase order protection: This set has the Phase order protection function so there will be no vacuum pump reversal.
