Introduction

GD-0719 Automatic Bitumen Mixture Wheel Track  Equipment is designed and made as per T0719 in the Industry Standard JTJ052 Specification and Test Methods of Bitumen and Bituminous Mixture for Highway Engineering.

GD-0719 Automatic Asphalt Mixture Wheel Tracking Equipment is mainly used to determine the resistance to rutting of bituminous mixture at high temperature.

GD-0719 Automatic Asphalt Mixture Wheel Tracking  Equipment can also be used as an auxiliary check method during bituminous mixture ratio design.

Main Features:
 

1. GD-0719 Automatic Asphalt/Bitumen Wheel track test test instrument (Common Model) is the floor structure. It adopts PC computer control technology, automatic temperature control automatic timing test process ,real-time display rut of displacement, and automatically record the displacement curve, print statements.

2.When test also showed time and displacement of time and temperature change curve, for studying the characteristics of asphalt mixture rut scientific research units to provide practical basis.

3. GD-0719 Automatic Asphalt/Bitumen Wheel track test instrument(Common Model) can test with the temperature of 45 °C~ 85°C, wheel rutting test under pressure of 0.7 MPa, standard test time is 60 min.

4.Using absolute temperature sensor acquisition, PWM modulation type temperature control, high temperature stability, no overshoot, long test no temperature drift,(put an end to the general thermocouple temperature sensor for a long time work temperature drift effects on test data)

5.With high precision A/D (16) D/A module (16), to ensure that the displacement measurement and temperature control accuracy and resolution of the constant temperature box adopts outer circulation heating mode, uniform temperature field.
