I. Summary
GD-0610 Asphalt/Bitumen rolling thin film oven is designed and made as per T0610 "Asphalt Rolling Thin Film Oven Test" in the Industry Standard of People's Republic of China JTGE20-2011 Specifications and Test Methods of Bitumen and Bituminous Mixtures for Highway Engineering.
GD-0610 Asphalt/Bitumen rolling thin film oven is suitable for the determination of road asphalt rolling thin film oven heating test (RTFOT) after mass loss. After determination of rolling thin film oven heating according to need, penetration ductility and viscosity of asphalt residue brittle point properties changed, to evaluate asphalt aging performance.
II. Main Features
1.The oven is mainly electrical control part . oven studio and mechanical transmission. Room temperature is equipped with lighting, convenient outdoor observation of indoor work.
2.Inside the oven with an air compressor, supply air required to test. After air flowmeter metering control on the panel, enter the oven ventilation in the copper pipe preheating, and then by the nozzle spray into the sample bottle of wheel.
3.Intelligent temperature control instrument with high precision, satisfy the requirement of test procedures to ensure the sample installed in 10 minutes oven temperature to 163°C+/- 0.5 °Cspecifications.
