General description:

The hydrotest pump is nuclear safety class 2 equipment, used in pressurized water reactor nuclear power plant, designed and manufactured in accordance with RCC-M, belongs to triplex reciprocating pump consisting of reciprocating pump, motor, coupling, inlet and outlet pipelines, lubricating oil system, instrument and control system, base, etc. The capacity of the pump can be regulated automatically by variable frequency motor. The hydrotest pump features mature construction, reasonable configuration, safety, reliability, ease of operation and maintenance. In addition, hydrotest pump according to ASME can be supplied.
Design data: rated capacity: 6 m3/h, discharge pressure: 24 MPa (capacity and pressure can be changed to the needs of customers.), design temperature: 110℃.
Applications: pressurized water reactor nuclear power plant or similar power plants
Customers: CNNC changjiang Nuclear Power Plant units 1 and 2, CNNC Fuqing Nuclear Power Plant units 3, 4, 5 and 6, CNNC Tianwan Nuclear Power Plant units 3 and 4, Chashma Nuclear Power Plant in Pakistan.
