ZYS Single stage vacuum oil filtration machine is used for removing moisture, gas, particles from the transformer oil, insulating oil, switch oil, cable oil, and electric condenser oil. In this way, it can improve oil dielectric strength very quickly and effectively. ZYS vacuum oil filtration machine is mainly used for the power station, industrial and mining enterprises.

At the same time, ZYS machine can be used to power equipments to vacuum drying, and vacuum oiling.

Function:

A: removing the moisture. The final treated oil can achieve less than 10ppm;

B:degassing. The final treated oil can achieve less than 0.1%;

C:removing particles. The fina; treated oil can achieve NAS6 Grade (Cleanliness Grade).

Features:

I.              Evaporation chamber is horizontal, and oil chamber is vertical, the two chambers are separated, therefore the maximum utilization of degassing chamber space.

II.            Unique technology: Atomizer is placed upside down, the oil droplet average diameter less than 50µm, to increase evaporation area and extend the degassing time. Comparing to the one- vertical chamber machine, ZYS filtration system is 3 -fold and 5-fold quickly and effectively thank old machine.

III.           Using high-density heater, heating load is less than 2w/cm2; in this way, to lower down the surface temperature of heater, to prevent oil ageing and oil cracking.

IV.          Controller with powerful management functions, PID regulation technology along with level sensor and temperature protector, completely protect heater from high surface temperature.

V.            Multi-stage precision filtration system, mesh filtration combined with molecular adsorption technologies, solid particle interception rate can achieve 99.99%, Cleanliness can achieve NAS 2 Grade.

VI.          The cooler is in front of vacuum pump, to reduce water enter into the vacuum pump; in this way, to protract the lifetime of vacuum pump.

VII.          Foam sensor can monitor foams when machine working.

VIII.        Adopts interlocked protective system, which connects oil pump, heater and liquid level sensor, avoiding blank heating, blank pumping, oil leak and electricity leak. If there is any fault, machine will be power off automatically.
