Application:

Series ZYB is applied to purify and regenerate the used insulating oils includes transformer oil,  switch oil, circuit breaker oil, capacitor oil and mutual inductor oil in power generation plants, transformer stations, electric transmission and supplying company, factories, mines and railway transportation, etc. It can be used as a special equipment for electric power transformer maintenance. Not only can it remove water, gas, and other impurities from oil, but also can it remove oxide materials free carbon in deteriorated oil to lower PH value. It can improve its breakdown voltage and quality and recover oil color. After processing, the insulating oil can reach international standard and recover its original function.

Features:

1. Apart from common vacuum oil purifier's function of dehydration, degassing and impurities eliminating, this machine can regenerate seriously deteriorated oil by removing polarity materials, such as the deep oxides and free carbon in oil effectively. It can make the seriously deteriorated oil reach normal indexes like anti-oxides, acid- alkali and water-solubility.

2. It can be used in three ways: vacuum dehydration, degassing, impurities removing systems can work independently, so dose the regeneration oil system. They can also work at the same time.
