Application:

According to fieldwork requirement, this machine is equipped with car wheels, which is easy to move to any work point by traction. It is especially suitable for purifying transformer oil which locates in different fields. This machine can recover serious transformer oil. The processed transformer oil can be reused again in transformer.

Features:

1. It belongs to mobile (trailer) type with completely closed structure. It is waterproof, dustproof, and it is easy to move.

2. It is installed with car tyres, Bridge shock absorber, braking system and steel welding of entire trailer with guaranteed speed of 60km/h.

3. It can deal with unqualified insulating oils, which can rapidly remove water, gas, particles from oil.

4. It has multi-stage precise filtration system, mesh filtration combined with molecular adsorption technologies.

5. It has efficient electric heating system with uniform heating and less power consumption, which is safe and reliable.

6. It adopts double-infrared liquid level sensor, pressure protective system to ensure machine operate easily and safely.

7. It adopts interlocked protective system, connecting oil pump, heater and liquid level sensor, which can avoid blank heating, blank pumping, oil leak and electricity leak. If there is any fault, the machine will cut the power off automatically.
