Many foreigners are now active in purchasing Real Estate in China,  such buying an apartment in a developed China city and sell out when leaving China. However, such behavior may be monitored by the China government and extra taxed and fines would be imposed on the said foreigners. How to deal with such issues without leaving any pending issues in the future, which may lead to a block by blacklist.
