Working principle:
The pulse igniter is a pulse high-frequency oscillator composed of electronic components. The high-frequency voltage generated by the oscillator is boosted to a high voltage of 16KV by a step-up transformer to perform tip discharge, and the spark is ignited by the discharge spark. Gas. How does the electric pulse igniter work?
The main functions of the pulse ignition controller system: safety self-test; ignition control; flameout protection; fault alarm.
The whole system is controlled by the ignition switch. When the user presses the ignition switch, the ignition needle generates a high-pressure spark, and the flame detection determines whether the ignition is successful. If there is a flame signal, the ignition is stopped, and the feedback detection function is started. The whole process can effectively avoid the situation that the gas valve is opened and not burned, which greatly improves the safety and reliability of the product.
The pulse ignition controller system adds a pulse ignition control circuit, a solenoid valve control, a flame detection needle, and the like to an ordinary gas stove. That is, when working, the first control signal is outputted by the single chip microcomputer to trigger the ignition control circuit and the flame detection feedback circuit, and the flame is detected by the flame detection feedback circuit, and the detection result is fed back to the single chip microcomputer, and the single chip microcomputer can control the electromagnetic valve according to the input flame detection signal. Open and close, thus ensuring that when the gas stove is in an unexpected flameout and tempering state, the control system can close the solenoid valve in time, shut off the gas passage, and avoid the safety accident caused by the flameout.
The system design uses single-chip microcomputer as the main control device to realize the design of the gas stove pulse ignition controller, update the existing gas stove and improve the product quality.
