This 3” trolley assembly has and a load capacity of 200 pounds per single trolley. With a load bar, the capacity is 400 pounds. This assembly consists of two half trolleys with full ball bearing complement type wheels, a standard “I” attachment and necessary sets of bolts and nuts as shown in the photograph on this page.

The graphic below shows some of the typical components that make up this trolley assembly for an overhead conveyor. Sometimes the Drop distance is measured from the top of the conveyor I-beam and in other cases the Drop distance is measured from the bottom of the I-beam.
