When the infrared burners makes your oven reach to your max temperature requirement,the temperature control box will control the electric pulse igniter to shut off the solenoid valve,that means there will not be gas consumption.When the oven temperature less than your requirement,solenoid valve will open again,and the the electric pulse igniter makes spark to make the burner work again,cycle it.so the gas consumption in fast less than above format when it is working.
