Considering its safety, it has extremely requirement on insulating oil in transformer, mutual inductor and reactor, the ZYD-I Series Ultra-High Voltage Oil Treatment Equipment, manufactured by our company is effective in particles refining, vacuum degassing and oil-water separation. This equipment has been successfully applied in 750KV alternating current and 800KV key projects. And every oil treatment index reaches the national ultra-high voltage oil purification standard.

Features:

1. High vacuum: Ultimate vacuum ≤2 pa, Working vacuum ≤ 30 pa.

2. Can be operated both on-load and off-load.

3. With UK G technology, this machine can dissolve and remove the water, trace water effectively and completely.

4. The treated transformer oil by this oil purifier, its oil breakdown voltage ≥75 KV; and moisture content ≤ 3 ppm; air content ≤ 0.3 %; and the filtering accuracy can be 05 μm.

According to flow rate of oil treatment, series ZYD-I have following models:

ZYD-I-100 and ZYD-I-150 and ZYD-I-200, ZYD-I-300 etc. The dimension and weight will be changed with changing the technical specification.
