Application
ASV Transformer Evacuation System is mainly used to pump out the gas in a container so as to attain high vacuum.It is composed of vacuum pump and roots pump, The roots pump automatically works by the controlling of relays or electrical-contact vacuum gauge. ASV equips an electrical control system and a cooling water system. It is quick start, big capacity of vacuum evacuating etc, widely used in vacuum smelting, welding, chemical, pharmaceutical and electric power system, particularly suitable for transformer vacuum operation. It has efficient moisture condensers with adequate cooling area that are placed in line with the vacuum pump. In case of non-availability of cold water circulation at site, condensers are also provided with facility of ice cups which aid to hold ice and improve the moisture condensation.
