Application:
TY vacuum turbine oil purifier is mainly designed for substandard turbine oil treatment, especially suitable for severely emulsified turbine oil. it can fast and efficiently remove gas, water content and other impurities from the oil. Combined with vacuum separation technology, it can demusify, dehydrate, remove acid, and remove impurities online. It is widely used in electric power, machinery, metallurgy, petrochemical, military, paper-making, home appliance manufacturing and other industries. It can purify turbine oil, lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, refrigerating machine oil. After treatment, the oil can be used as new oil.
Features:
1. Breaking emulsification thoroughly with high- molecule polymeric material.
2. This equipment use medium with different surface tension, using inorganic fiber needle puncture of emulsified water for demulsification, using hydrophilic materials of oil in water by using hydrophobic materials and coalescence of the oil in the water by the line of separation. The demulsification and coalescence separation of free water and emulsified water are realized.
3. With distinctive removing impurities technique filtering through double FH trapezoidal network and absorbing by high polymer material, this machine can make the equal or surpass 200 and make the cleanness lower grade 6(NAS1638).
4. Can be used to process turbine oil and low viscosity lubricating oil online.
