Application
According to user's requirements for outdoor use, we developed Series ZYD-M mobile insulating transformer oil purifier, this machine equips the car wheels and enclose weather proof, which can be easy to move to any work point by traction. It is special suitable for purifying the transformer oil which located in different fields. This machine is mainly used for purifying unqualified transformer oil, switch oil, mutual inductor oil. Besides all functions of series ZYD, the best advantage of ZYD-M is that can move long distance for working in field according to fieldwork requirement.
Features
1. Mobile (trailer) type, completely closed structure, waterproof, dust proof, easy to move.
2. can be designed for 3 wheels or 4 wheels to satisfy different needs of machine
3. Installation of car types, Bridge shock absorber, braking system and steel welding of entire trailer guarantee 60km/h speed.
4. Dealing with unqualified insulating oils, rapidly remove water, gas, particles from oil and improve oil BDV value highly.
5. Multi-stage precision filtration system, mesh filtration combined with molecular adsorption technologies
6. Efficient electric heating system, heating uniformity, less power consumption, safe, and reliable.
7. Double-infrared liquid level sensor, pressure protective system to ensure machine operation easy and safely.
8. Suitable for treating high-grade transformer oil, super-voltage transformer oil and new transformer oil. It can be used for filtration of more than 110V substation live line work on site.
9. Can be used as independent vacuum source with functions of vacuum drying and vacuum oiling.
