Application:
ZYW oil dehydration plant is good economic benefits, widely applied in petroleum, food, chemical, mining, metallurgy, electric power, transportation, machinery manufacturing, railway etc. it is specially for separating water for oil, it adopts vacuum distillation technology, and can quickly and completely remove water from oil. The oil include: cooking oil, biodiesel oil, engine oil, lube oil, insulating oil, turbine oil etc

Machine Features:
1. Separation system: [T " type of the evaporator, enlarged the separating surface and separating time. Adopts the vacuum vaporizing technology to remove water, odor, and alcohol, and volatilization materials to Inhibit acid value and peroxide value increases.
2. Heating system: Efficient electric heating system, heating uniformity, less power consumption, safe, and reliable.
3. Unique and advanced dewatering System.
4. Protecting system: Adopts interlocked protective system, which connect oil pump, heater and liquid level sensor, avoiding blank heating, blank pumping, oil leak and electricity leak. If there is any fault, machine will be power off automatically.
Main Spare Parts Introduction
1. Separation system: the water in heated oil become vapor in vacuum tank, then the vapor become liquid water due the low temperature in Gas and water separator. The Gas and water separator not only reducing the temperature of vacuum pump, but also it can reduce the frequency of changing vacuum pump oil so that it can enlarge the lifetime of vacuum pump.
2. Cooling system: it is used to cool the vacuum pump body to protect the vacuum pump`s damage from high temperature.
3. Vacuum pump: exhaust the gas in vacuum tank
4. Oil pump: transfer the oil which is exhausted the gas to outside.
