GD-255A Asphalt Distillation Tester

Introduction

This instrument is produced according to the standard of T0632-93. Test the content of the distillate of the asphaltum in the required temperature. 

 

Characteristics

1. Distillation Flask, made of hard glass, it can endure high temperature up to 500°c.

1.1. The diameter of flask ball is Φ102mm±2.0mm.

1.2. The diameter of flask neck is Φ25mm±1.2mm.

1.3. The angle between branch tube and flask neck is 75°±3°.

2. Thermometer, scale is from 0°c to 360°c, scale division is 1°c.

3. Refrigeration tube, made of glass with diameter of Φ12.5±0.5. It is fixed by tow holders. 

4. Heating system, including heating furnace, temperature adjusment circuit, and case.

5. Graduated flask, with scale 100 ml. scale division is 0.5ml.

6. draft tube, made of glass with thickness of 3 mm.
