Product Description


1. Tungsten carbide die is one of the steel dies. It is made of alloy materials with high strength and hardness, corrosion resistance, wear resistance and high temperature resistance, which is far longer than the service life of ordinary steel dies. It is a popular die in modern machinery industry. The common ones are cold heading die, drawing die, cold punching die, hexagon die, spiral die, etc.

Its characteristics are as follows:

1) the guiding mechanism of the die adopts the four guide pillar ball mold base, and the stability, reliability and accuracy of the guiding mechanism are very high.

2) use T7 as the raw material of the hardened base plate to avoid the crushing of the cemented carbide die during stamping.

3) most of the formwork bases are made of 45 steel, hrc38-420, which is thicker than the general steel formwork and increases the rigidity.

4) at the die handle, in order to prevent the impact of the precision of the press on the stamping process of the carbide die, the floating die handle structure should be adopted as far as possible.

5) the clearance of the concave convex die is larger than that of the steel die.

6) in order to prevent the impact on the die during stamping, the fixed discharge plate structure is adopted, and the height h of the step is one thick material different from the thickness h of the guide plate.

Tungsten carbide die can be roughly divided into the following categories according to its application: cemented carbide drawing die (the vast majority), upsetting cold stamping die, shaping die, non-magnetic alloy die (a magnetic material is raw material), hot working die (to be mass produced)

Production Process


General simple stamping die is composed of punch, die, punch fixing plate, die fixing plate, discharge plate, base, upper bracket, base plate, etc

I. classification by process nature:

 

(1) the blanking die separates the material along the closed or open contour line. Such as blanking die, punching die, cutting die, cutting die, cutting die, cutting die and so on.

 

(2) the bending die makes the blank or other blank produce bending deformation along the straight line (bending curve), so as to obtain a certain angle and shape of the workpiece mold.

 

(3) the drawing die is a die which can make blank into open hollow part or make hollow part change shape and size further.

 

(4) the forming die is a kind of die which can directly copy the blank or semi-finished workpiece according to the shape of the convex and concave die, while the material itself only produces local plastic deformation. Such as bulging die, necking die, expanding die, rolling forming die, flanging die, shaping die, etc.

II. By process combination

 

(1) the single process die only completes one stamping process in one stroke of the press.

 

(2) the compound die has only one working position. In one stroke of the press, two or more stamping processes are completed at the same working position at the same time.

 

(3) progressive die (also called continuous die) has two or more working positions in the feeding direction of the blank. In one stroke of the press, two or more stamping processes are completed on different working positions one by one.
