First, unscrew the section hole cover of the motorcycle magneto cover in the cold state, and then unscrew the crankshaft timing observation hole cover on the side of the dictionary cover, and then open the Motorcycle cylinder head valve cover or the valve clearance adjustment hole cover on the valve cover, and then use a suitable sleeve to cover the crankshaft screw at the magneto end, rotate the crankshaft counterclockwise (the crankshaft rotates counterclockwise when it works), and observe the action of the inlet valve at the same time, When the inlet valve is compressed and reset, stop rotating the crankshaft when the T scale line is in the middle of the observation hole. At this moment, the piston is at TDC, and the inlet and exhaust valves are fully closed. Then start to adjust the valve clearance. Loosen the intake adjusting bolt locknut. If there is data, it is better. If there is no data, adjust the inlet valve clearance to about 0.05mm, and measure it with a feeler gauge. Similarly, the exhaust valve clearance is about 0.06 mm. Then test run. If the idle valve does not ring, the valve clearance will be reduced by 0.01 mm. If the hot car power and starting status are not tested, the exhaust clearance will be reduced by 0.01 mm. If the hot car power is insufficient, the exhaust clearance will be increased by 0.01 mm. If the valve is well adjusted, the idle valve does not sound, and the hot engine power is normal.
