The engine block is composed of Motorcycle cylinder head valve cover, valve cover, cylinder block and crankcase. The cylinder head is made of aluminum alloy casting with heat sink. The new four stroke motorcycle engines all adopt overhead valve, motorcycle chain drive and overhead camshaft structure. The cylinder block is mainly made of bimetallic materials (cast aluminum fins outside the wear-resistant cast iron cylinder liner) to achieve heat dissipation. Some motorcycle vehicle accessories adopt wear-resistant cast iron cylinder body, and some small moped engines adopt the structure of aluminum alloy cylinder wall plated with mm hard chromium layer. The crankcase is made of aluminum alloy die-casting and is composed of left and right boxes. Some motorcycles are equipped with buffer blocks between the heat sink signs to suppress the noise generated by the vibration of the heat sink.
