The components that cause water ingress into the circuit control system mainly include the charging circuit, pulse high-voltage coil, electronic igniter, motorcycle ignition coil, high-voltage cap, motorcycle spark plug and starting switch (some motorcycle models have a low position of the spark plug, forming a switch similar to a pit, which is easy to generate water). The places most likely to penetrate into water after water ingress are high-voltage caps, flameout switches, and motorcycle ignitionlighter and ignition coils with poor insulation performance, which will also cause grounding short circuit between circuits.

When the motorcycle is running in rainy days and wading, it is easy to cause the carburetor to get water. This is mainly caused by the throttle line flowing with the water or the poor sealing of the fuel tank cap, which causes the gas to leak into the fuel tank and then flow into the carburetor with the gasoline. Especially when the throttle line enters the port of the carburetor, if the sealing rubber sleeve is aged and cracked, it is easy to get water in. If it is damaged, it should be replaced as soon as possible.
