Customized motorcycle relay accessories

Motorcycle relay is commonly used as starting relay, which mainly consists of current coil, fixed contact (moving contact), movable contact (static contact), armature spring and insulating bakelite shell. The relay control contact in the engine accessories is normally open. When the power supply is just turned on, only the relay coil and the running winding have current. Because the compressor rotor is stationary, the starting current is large, and the current flows through the relay coil. The magnetic force generated by the relay coil of the motorcycle engine accessories is greater than the gravity of the armature and moves upward, closing the dynamic and static contacts and connecting the starting winding. The compressor starts to run. As the speed increases, the current decreases, and the magnetic force generated by the relay coil is less than the gravity of the armature, the armature will fall down and the contact will be disconnected, and the starting action is completed.
