The causes of too fast or too slow flash rate of turn signal lamps are: the flash relay is severely ablated or cannot be contacted; Poor contact of steering lamp or ignition switch; The battery has no power or insufficient storage; Open circuit or short circuit of power line; The bulbs are all burnt out, etc. Some turn signal lamps are on and some turn signal lamps are off due to poor contact in one direction of the turn signal lamp switch; The bulb is burnt out or the lamp holder is in poor contact; A power cord or connector is not tightly connected or open circuited. The turn signal circuit of a motorcycle is actually a set of four pieces of double parallel circuit. When there is a fault in the circuit, the fault can be reduced to a smaller range as long as the overall analysis of the fault phenomenon is carried out. For example, the turn signal lamp does not light up, and the horn sounds when the horn button is pressed. According to the series and parallel characteristics of the turn signal lamp circuit, the fault may occur in the common part of the turn signal lamp circuit, that is, the flashing relay and its circuit. Another example: the front turn signal lamp in a certain direction is on, but the rear turn signal lamp is not. According to the parallel connection characteristics of the turn signal lamp circuit in the same direction, it indicates that the flash relay, turn signal switch and the circuit of a front turn signal lamp are normal. It is not necessary to check, just check whether the connecting wire of the rear turn signal lamp is open circuit, whether the bulb is burned out, and whether the grounding is good.
