HVLS fans and cooling fans are widely used in various industries for ventilation and cooling. Cooling fans are a type of ventilation and cooling equipment that uses water as a medium, is pollution-free, and promotes fresh air. Water-cooled Air Conditioner can lower the temperature of the workshop to a comfortable level. It utilizes the principle of absorbing sensible heat from the air during water evaporation to cool the air, resulting in good results and low energy consumption. So what are the processes and precautions for using industrial fans?

1. Usage process of the air cooler: When the temperature is high and the workshop needs to cool down, turn on the air switch and directly press the "Refrigeration" button. There will be a one minute delay in starting (at this time, the water pump will feed water into the wet curtain), which is a normal phenomenon. After one minute, the unit will enter normal operating mode. When the temperature is low, you can directly press the "air supply" button to send fresh air into the room for ventilation.

2. Cold air fan shutdown: Press the "Shutdown" button to immediately stop the machine (if not used for a long time, turn off the air switch power).

3. The double layer filter screen installed outside the cooling fan machine should be cleaned once a month to two months depending on the external environment to avoid blocking the air intake and affecting the motor's lifespan.

4. The "Clean" button of the air cooler is used to clean the chassis and replace it with fresh water. When using a new machine, there may be a smell of glue and fish, and it should be cleaned once a day from the first week to half a month of use. Normally, it should be cleaned every 2-3 days. Press the "Clean" button during operation, and the host will enter the cleaning state (automatic drainage and water inlet). After three minutes, the drainage will automatically turn off and enter the standby state.

5. The water source of the cold air fan should be in a long-term open state, and it is required to be greater than 1.5Kg/cm ² Water pressure. If there is no cooling effect during the operation of the unit, first check if there is a water shortage (the indicator light is on), then check if there is water in the inlet pipe, if the faucet is turned off, and if the water pressure is insufficient.

6. If the cold air fan unit has been running for more than one year, it is necessary to clean the evaporator once. The water pressure during cleaning should not be too high to avoid damaging the evaporator and reducing the service life of the cold air fan.
