The working principle of Water-cooled Air Conditioner:

(3) Electric drain valve: Regularly discharge the concentrated mineral and dust wastewater left after transpiration.

(4) Motor: The power for fan operation.

(5) Electric fan: Through the action of the motor, the rotation generates air volume.

(6) Inlet valve: supplied and controlled by external tap water.

What should we do when encountering an Industrial Fans running but with poor cooling performance?

1. Open the doors and windows of the working range of the air conditioner to accelerate the flow of air, or we can install exhaust fans at home to help with the rapid flow of air.

2. Correct installation and use of water level probes, incorrect installation of water level probes can lead to pump shutdown.

3. Regularly unblock and replace the water pipes to prevent blockage of the water supply pipes; Timely cleaning of filter screens, wet curtains, and chassis will only release more cold air in a clean internal environment.

4. Some people often say that on rainy days, when the humidity is too high, the cooling effect is much lower than on dry weather. This is a normal phenomenon. In this environment, it is recommended to turn off the cooling function and strengthen ventilation.
