Electronic cloth refers to the general term for electronic grade glass fiber cloth used in the electronics industry. It is a high-end product among electronic grade fiberglass cloths. The main specifications are 7637, 7630, 7628, 7615, 1506, 2116, 2113, 3313, (e-glass)1080, 106, 104, which are mainly used for the manufacture of copper clad with laminates.
According to the IPCEG 14 0 standard promulgated by the United States in April 1988, this electronic grade fiberglass cloth has 33 specifications. The thinnest is called 10 4 cloth, with a thickness of only 0.02 8 mm; the heaviest is called 7652 cloth, which can reach 25 2g/m2. These special specifications of electronic cloth are not used much in the (basalt stone) electronics industry.
