Since the 1960s, with the increasing number of cars, the continuous increase in car exhaust emissions and fuel consumption has plagued people, forcing them to search for a new technology device that can purify car exhaust and save fuel to replace the carburetor that has been around for decades. The invention and application of gasoline injection technology have enabled people to achieve this ideal. As early as 1967, Bosch Germany successfully developed the D-type electronically controlled gasoline injection device, which was used in Volkswagen sedans. This device takes the pressure inside the intake pipe as the parameter, but compared to carburetors, it still has the disadvantages of complex structure, high cost, and instability. In response to these shortcomings, Bosch Company has developed an L-shaped electronic controlled gasoline injection device, which takes the air flow rate in the intake pipe as a parameter and can directly determine the intake volume based on the relationship between intake flow rate and engine speed, thereby injecting the corresponding gasoline. This device, due to its reasonable design and reliable operation, is widely adopted by automobile manufacturing companies in Europe and Japan, and has laid the foundation for today's electronic controlled fuel injection devices. Since 1979, automobile companies such as General Motors, Ford in the United States, Toyota, Mitsubishi, and Nissan in Japan have all launched their own electronic controlled gasoline injection devices, especially the promotion of multi valve engines, which has rapidly popularized and applied electronic controlled injection technology. More than 95% of car fuel supply systems in major automobile producing countries such as Europe, America, and Japan are equipped with fuel injection devices. Starting from January 1, 1999, only sedans equipped with electronic controlled gasoline injection devices can be allowed to be sold in the Beijing market.
