Application:

The battery activation device BAI-701model is an  intelligent instrument developed by our company regarding  

single battery cell maintenance and inspection characteristics, which can make it easier and faster for single cell maintenance and inspection. BAI-701 can detect and activate single battery  cell of 2V, 6V, 12V three  different voltage level. It is a professional instrument specially used to deal with the backward battery in daily

 maintenance. BAI - 701 has four functions: battery discharge capacity testing, battery charging, internal 

resistance testing and activation. Circulation activation function is for repeatedly charge-discharge for  backward batteries in order to activate the disabled active substance of the battery plate to improve battery 

capacity. Test data can be uploaded via RS232 serial port to the PC, and can also be exported by U disk.

 BAI-701 battery activation device communication software can not only realize real-time monitoring  the 

battery charge and discharge process, but also can analyze battery capacity changing process with stored

 historical data etc. BAI-701 can also be flexibly used as a single battery  tester for capacity  test and  internal resistance test, but also can be used as a single battery charger.

7.Equipped PC data management software can analyze the long-running state of battery  charge (discharge)  and activation, and generates the corresponding data report.
